I think some shit’s about to blow up in our industry 🤷🏻‍♀️ And you bet we’re going to talk about it and share some thoughts. One of the biggest complaints I’m hearing lately is about service and what it REALLY means to show up and serve your people. It’s something that I make a HUGE priority in my business, and my COO Megan is the most perfect unicorn example of this in the COO space.

I think we’ve reached a point in the online space where it seems like everyone is trying to earn more by doing less (which is possible, but doesn’t have to come at the sacrifice of service!) instead of showing up and REALLY wanting to serve your people.

That’s why I did this livestream inside my community, The Lit Up & Loaded Entrepreneur, with my COO Megan Schopieray to talk really honestly about what it means to have a successful business that’s BASED on serving well and how to balance this with feeling amazing in your business and holding boundaries (hint: it’s not what a lot of the online space is teaching!).
