Do you know what you're taking with you into 2016?

Happy New Year!

Last week we talked goal-setting, but this week was all about reflection. As the New Year starts it is so important to reflect on all that’s been gained, learned, and left behind in the previous year.
I made several lists this week to really evaluate all that happened in 2015. I’d love to encourage you to make these same lists to really reflect and gain valuable insight to take with you into the New Year. The lists were as follows:

  1. How my mindset has changed
  2. What’s transformed in my life + business
  3. What worked
  4. What didn’t
  5. What I accomplished + what I supported my clients to accomplish

I won’t share all of them with you, but I’d love to share just a few. Here are my lists of what worked and what didn’t work. What I took away most from these two lists is that the true road to success is a total COMBINATION of the inner work and the outer hustle.

  • Facebook marketing
  • Creating community
  • Giving amazing content for free
  • Being seriously consistent
  • Focusing on visibility + connection over selling
  • Doing DAILY mindset work
  • Going outside of my comfort zone
  • Believing in myself
  • Listening to my intuition
  • Hustling hard
  • Letting go of the people and things that don’t support me in all of the above

  • Focusing on too many things at once
  • Going against my gut
  • Letting other people’s shit become my shit
  • Thinking other’s opinions were more valuable than my own
  • Not sharing/talking about all of my education and experience
  • Worrying too much about how something would happen and not what I WANTED to happen

I also want to share with you my list of what I accomplished and what I supported my clients in accomplishing. I share this because 2015 has been an AMAZING + CHALLENGING year for me. My life has changed so drastically that it’s sometimes been difficult to let my head catch up with my circumstances.
Sometimes I feel like someone that loses a lot of weight quickly, but still thinks they’re overweight when they look in the mirror. Can you relate????
I am FULL of gratitude for all I’ve accomplished, but am still working on RELISHING in it all.  I made this list specifically to make it feel “real”. I don’t share this to brag, but to show you ALL that’s possible when you COMMIT to an outcome.
AND to remind you to FEEL into all you’ve accomplished this year, and to make your own list so that your brain can catch up with your circumstances!
In 2015 I:

  • Had a $20K month my second month in business
  • Created nearly $50k in income in my first 5 months in business
  • Built an engaged tribe that I love and that love me
  • Created and launched my first group program with a fellow lady-boss that had over 15 women register the first round {Show Up and Blow Up}
  • Hosted challenges, webinars, periscopes, etc.
  • Gave away over 55 hours of free coaching in 5 months
  • Along with my clients supported a women entrepreneur through Kiva to build and grow a business that will change the lives of those in her family and her community

In 2015 I helped my clients:

  • Leave their 9-5s
  • Get their first client
  • Hit their first 5k, 6k, 10k, and 15k months
  • Create their packages, programs, and passive income products
  • Create over $1,000 in passive income on the FIRST day of pre-sale on an Ebook
  • Refine their niche
  • Build growing, engaged, and thriving Facebook communities
  • Host challenges, webinars, etc.
  • Plan their content for 6 months and show up consistently
  • Get visible and use that visibility to make the impact they desire
  • Change their mindset and show up as the best version of themselves

I’d love for you to comment below, and share with me one of your lists, or let me know what lessons you learned this year that you’re taking with you into 2016.

Cheers to your best year yet!
