How do you resist the temptation to “just do it right now” (for almost everything) and wait until that time block or until it’s all planned out and strategized? How do you handle things that come up that need to be taken care of more urgently? i.e. – a new lead calls out of the blue and needs something. Any advice on handling something like this?
