Q&A: Staying Grounded

I have a question: How do you stay so grounded? I’ve been trying to tune into what it is about your style of coaching that is so powerful, and I feel like a big part of it, (besides your incredible coaching skills of course), is that your energy is so steady and grounded, and anchored.
