Q&A: Scaling for a 1:1 Program

Hi Lacey! I built my coaching business with 1:1 Coaching, and then introduced Group because it seemed like the logical thing to do to expand. I didn’t enjoy it and realized that I prefer working with clients 1:1. I shelved the Group and I’m focusing on 1:1 completely now, but I’m finding myself hitting a ceiling on time, energy and clients. How can I scale this without giving up the weekly calls with clients and the special attention that makes the Program successful? I’d really appreciate your input on how to scale with 1:1 without losing my sanity. Thank you in advance!
