Q&A: Revenue Share Model tweaking

I work with entrepreneurs on their leadership and personal development. Our work effects their personal business, but often indirectly and even more so in the longterm; like lower employee turnover, higher team productivity, less sick leave, etc. Is there a way I can tweak revenue share model for any of my offers? How should I be thinking about this when choosing the KPI’s so we can follow the progress?
