Q&A: Launch and conversion challenges

I’d like to increase my launch conversion rates for my group accelerator program. It’s four months at $3K. In its first go around, I was able to fill it with six or seven spots at $1,000 each. Second, was one person at $2,000 and two renewals at $1,000. And recently it was at $3,000. I only had two people. I always do a 5-Day Challenge Launch, and I always do a list build ahead of that. I had about 500 people register for the last two challenges, but barely converted. My regular list is 4,000+. I would love to fill the program with 10-15 spots. There’s weekly group calls, pre-recorded training and a Facebook group, but no 1:1 time involved. What are some ideas to make that happen?
