Q&A: Feeling better about raising your prices

I constantly struggle with raising prices (lots of worth issues over here). I have had long term clients and am at such full capacity that raising prices is the right business/life move for me, but I get knots in my stomach about writing the email that says, “Hey prices are going up in 2021 and they’re now significantly higher than you’re used to.” Do you have any advice about strategically breaking this to clients and any reframe/mindset advice?
