Q&A: Big Vision and getting team on board

As a leader I feel like I need a clear vision for my business to get my team more engaged and more focused on building something together, but I really don’t know exactly what that looks like. So my question is, how do I go about figuring this out? How do I figure this out while keeping in how I like to structure my days, my business can grow realistically, what I love doing, etc. And does this really matter to having a super engaged team? Or do you have other tips to foster a more tight knit super motivated and excited remote team?
