Welcome to Day 5 of The Content Planning Party! I’m so proud of you for all the work you’ve put in this week, and for making it to Day 5. Give yourself a pat on the back and a glass of champagne to celebrate!

I truly hope this DID feel like a party. Like a huge celebration of all you have to share with the world, with getting your message out there, and with all it will do to grow your business because of it!

Day 5 is about bringing all of the information together that you’ve created this week and getting it scheduled! This is literally the most important part of this challenge because it’s where the rubber really meets the road.

In other words, this is where the effort you’ve put in this week turns INTO consistency and visibility. You’ve mapped out a plan, you’ve created your themes for 15 weeks, you’ve gotten clear on your social media platforms, the type of content you want to create and the goals for this content. BUT to see it all come together you have to turn it into a scheduled + executed strategy.

The best way to do this is to use the PDF as your guide that you’ll fill out each week to get clear on EXACTLY what you’re doing that week with your content. THEN you’re going to schedule that in your planner, calendar or whatever you use to schedule your time!

Using both of these together affords you clarity and a plan each week, which is the consistency piece. AND it allows you to schedule it in, which is what will get you to EXECUTE. I schedule content creation time each week, and social media interaction each day. This helps me to avoid decision fatigue, and make it such a habit that it happens with SO much ease.

My process has been to create my content strategy on Sunday (i.e. filling out the PDF), and to spend time on Sunday creating all my content for the week (or right now, I typically spend Sunday reviewing repurposed content my team has created) . Then Monday through Friday when I’m busy with clients all I have to do is put it out there (and of course my team supports with this as well). This means when my week gets crazy I’m not letting my consistency slide because my content is created and the time to post and engage on social is scheduled in, so I’m ensuring I remain visible as well.

In your PDF I included an example of me filling out the Plan so you can see how I use it to create a strategy each week to translate the themes we’ve created into actionable content. Also remember this doesn’t mean that you need to be posting everyday. If you’re not sharing content on Monday’s for example, then just leave that day blank! Now, I do want to be clear the plan example is from when I was much earlier on in business. I wanted to leave that as the example so you don’t feel pressure to do a million things. The only reason I do more now is because I have the team, repurposed content, and infrastructure to support that! Please know it can be simple at the beginning and consistency is truly the thing.

So I always start by breaking down my theme into each day, and creating an intention. I believe setting a goal or intention for the content allows you to stick to the plan, feel motivated, and see the value your content is offering. Then I enter the type of content I’m creating and what I’m putting out each day. This makes actually creating the content and executing this plan a breeze!

Lastly, I would enter my social media time into my google calendar and make sure all of this amazing content gets out into the world! Once you’ve been doing this for awhile the same times can repeat day after day so you don’t even have to put new tasks into your calendar all the time

Today your challenge is to use the PDF to map out next week’s content plan and to translate that to the planner/calendar that you’re scheduling your content on! Bonus points if you show us an actual completed page with your content plan scheduled in the Facebook group so we can support you and cheer you on!

As always tag me with any questions, and don’t forget to give your fellow entrepreneurs some support while you’re in the group. One of the best ways I know to get visibility and engagement on your content is to engage with someone else! Can’t wait to see you in the group!
